Stainless steel ball valves should be installed strictly in accordance with the installation requirements stated in the product manual. Below are the relevant details that should be noted during the installation of stainless steel ball valves:

1. Rinse thoroughly with the stainless steel ball valve fully open;

2. After connecting the stainless steel ball valve to the pipeline, the flange connection bolts must be cross locked with the specified torque;

Before connecting the stainless steel flange ball valve to the pipeline, any remaining impurities in the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly;

During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve cannot be used as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories;

5. Cast steel flange ball valves should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline;

6. The pipeline near the installation point of the cast steel ball valve cannot be lowered or subjected to external forces. Pipe supports or braces can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline;

Before installing the ball valve, it should be tested according to the specified signal and the entire machine should be tested. Only after passing the test can it be installed online.
